We ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx — you can choose the option that best fits for you. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We typically do not ship on Saturday, or Sunday or Holidays. We only ship to PO boxes via USPS. We currently only ship within the United States. When the weather gets hot we may contact you about delaying your order or adding cold-pack shipping. There is an extra charge for cold-pack shipping. We accept most major credit cards as well as PayPal. We are dedicated to delivering the best snack selection anywhere on the web. If you receive an order from us that you're not entirely satisfied with, contact us and we'll make it right.
Please note, while we provide a tracking number with your shipping confirmation, we do not have any more detailed information about your shipment than what is displayed on the USPS of FedEx website. If you have questions or concerns about the whereabouts of your shipped order, please contact USPS or FedEx first.
When your order is placed we will send you an email order confirmation summarizing your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive it soon after your order is placed. Most items on our site are shipped within 24 to 36 hours. If for any reason one or more of your purchases is back ordered we will notify you. We want you experience on Yummi Company to be a safe one which is why we use 256 bit encryption on our checkout page and we do not store your credit card information on our servers, ever.
Occasionally an order may go through for an item that is out of stock. If we can not fulfill your order within 3 business days, we will attempt to notify you and promptly issue you a refund at your request. Because we carry over 5,000 products and keep a limited inventory (so as to keep our inventory as fresh as possible), we may at times not have certain items in stock.
In compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we do not accept any return on candy or other perishable products. All return/refund requests must first contact Yummi Company within 10 business days of receipt of your order (determined by carrier tracking) AND must be authorized by Yummi Company in advance. To protect our customer's health and safety, Yummi Company only accepts returns of non-edible items that have not been used. Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us in their original condition. Pre-approval is required for all returns (no refunds for products returned without prior approval.)
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any opened food or beverage items. If you received a broken or otherwise defective item, contact us right away to address the issue. Please do not disregard the item(s) until we've had a chance to communicate with you. If you need to return an unopened, unused item, your request needs to be initiated through your account or contacting us within 10 days of receiving your order (determined by carrier tracking information) to request an RMA number.
Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

Many of the products we sell have the potential to melt during shipping. We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, which typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days from the date of shipping, usually a safe amount of time during normal temperatures. When the temperature rises during the Summer months we recommend adding an ice pack or two to your order during checkout — this will go along way to helping make sure your candy arrives safely and in perfect condition. When the temperatures dive during the winter months, we may contact you about delaying your shipment of liquid products like soda pops. Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns on melted candy.
